🔁 Returns Eligibility
You may request a refund if:
The item is returned within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
You provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).

Items damaged due to misuse, installation errors, or accidents.
Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
Items requested for return after 7 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
