  • Your return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories included.

  • You can provide valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).

  • Products that show signs of installation, misuse, or physical damage.

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery.

  • Products not in original packaging or missing parts/accessories.

  • Clearance or final sale items (if stated on product page).

💸 Refund Process

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and address.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  4. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item shipped by us.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.

📦 Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or not working, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll provide a replacement or full refund as needed.
